Xander is the founder of Acquizen and the one who set the vision for what the company is today. He saw firsthand how many local businesses were being priced out of real SEO and professional websites, and he wanted to build something better. With that goal in mind, Xander developed Acquizen into a platform that gives contractors and service businesses a full online system without the crazy price tag.

Day-to-day, he leads the overall strategy, keeps an eye on new innovations in SEO and digital marketing, and makes sure the team is always pushing forward. He’s passionate about building tools that actually work for real businesses — not just flashy websites, but websites that get found, generate leads, and help owners grow. If there’s one thing he’s known for, it’s keeping things simple, affordable, and results-driven.

Arjay is the creative engine of Acquizen. Every design, layout, and piece of content goes through his hands. He’s not just about making websites look good — his focus is on making them work seamlessly for clients and their customers. From designing user-friendly pages to writing content that ranks and converts, Arjay makes sure every site that leaves our team is polished and professional.

He leads the full website build process from start to finish: design, copy, functionality, and optimization. With a sharp eye for detail and a passion for creating smooth user experiences, Arjay ensures every project is more than just a site — it’s a complete marketing tool that clients can confidently use to grow.

Client Relations & Scheduling Coordinator

Maria Christina Ng

Maria is the one who keeps everything organized and on track. She’s the bridge between clients and the team, making sure communication is smooth and that every project flows without hiccups. From scheduling meetings and coordinating presentations to following up on work orders and progress, Maria makes sure clients always know what’s happening.

She brings structure and warmth to every interaction.

Clients know they can reach out and she’ll get them the answers they need. Internally, she makes sure deadlines are met, meetings are set, and no detail slips through the cracks. With her in charge of scheduling and client relations, projects move forward smoothly and clients feel supported at every step.
