FAQ's

1. How does the AI receptionist actually work?

It answers every inbound call and text, gets the customer’s name and details, gives ballpark pricing you’ve approved, books jobs straight into your calendar, and sends confirmations to you and the customer. It can also follow up with people who asked for a quote but didn’t book, request reviews, and send invoices.

2. Will the AI sound like a real person?

Yes — you’ll choose from natural, human-sounding voices. It greets callers just like a receptionist would and adapts to your service flow.

3. Can I customize what the AI says?

Absolutely. During onboarding, we go over your services, pricing ranges, and the questions you want asked. We train the AI so it represents your business the way you want.

4. How long before my AI is ready to use?

Usually about 3–4 business days after your first onboarding call. We set up your number, train the system, and do a launch call to test everything with you.

5. Do I need a website and business email to use this?

Yes — phone carriers require them for verified business texting. If you don’t have one, we can create a professional one-page website and custom email for a one-time $80 setup.

6. How much does it cost per month?

It’s $50/month for the system. Usage is pay-as-you-go — typically a few extra dollars for call and text time. Heavy users can upgrade later to a flat plan to avoid usage charges.

7. Are there long-term contracts?

No. Everything is month-to-month. Cancel anytime if it’s not working for you.

8. Will I still be able to answer calls myself?

Yes — you can jump in whenever you want. The AI just ensures no call or lead gets lost when you’re busy.

9. Can the AI handle after-hours calls?

Yes — you can have it run 24/7 or only during specific hours. Many clients let it cover nights and weekends.

10. Will I know what the AI told the customer?

Every call and text is logged. You’ll get transcripts, call summaries, and the appointment details inside your app.

11. Can it send invoices and take payments?

Yes — you can quickly create and send professional invoices. Customers can pay online if you connect Stripe or PayPal, or you can use it as a simple branded template.

12. What types of businesses use this?

Any service-based business that books jobs: contractors, plumbers, electricians, landscapers, cleaners, roofers, pest control, HVAC, home repair, and more.
