By accessing or using our website and AI communication services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

We provide AI receptionist solutions for small businesses, including:

  • AI phone answering and call handling

  • AI text messaging and follow-up

  • Call summaries, transcripts, and intent analysis

  • Review request and invoicing tools

  • Setup, training, and ongoing support

Our services are delivered through our cloud platform and assigned phone numbers or connected existing numbers (where applicable).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your business to use our services.

3. Getting Started & Setup

After signing up, we onboard you by:

  • Registering and verifying your business phone line for compliance (A2P 10DLC).

  • Collecting your business information to train your AI receptionist.

  • Setting up your account, calendar, and messaging tools.

Some features (e.g., texting) require your business to have a registered business name, website, and business email. If you do not have these, we offer affordable solutions to meet compliance requirements.

4. Payments

Our base platform fee is $50/month (USD).


You will also pay for usage-based fees (e.g., calls, texts, phone number hosting). Typical rates include:

  • Phone number hosting: ~$1/month

  • Voice minutes: ~$0.013 per minute

  • Text messages: ~$0.02 per message

Billing is pay-as-you-go. We automatically reload your account balance when it runs low, using the payment method you provide.

If your usage grows and you’d prefer a flat, unlimited plan, you can upgrade to our fixed monthly package.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel at any time through your client portal or by contacting support.
Upon cancellation, your AI receptionist, phone number, and associated services will be deactivated at the end of your current billing period.

6. Performance Disclaimer

While our AI receptionist can help reduce missed calls and improve lead response times, we do not guarantee specific sales results, revenue growth, or appointment volumes.

7. Intellectual Property

The AI workflows, code, and templates provided by Acquizen remain our property.
Your business information (name, services, pricing, etc.) remains yours.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for lost business, missed opportunities, or technical interruptions outside our control (e.g., carrier outages, internet downtime). Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to any claim.

9. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Changes will be posted here with a new effective date.

PRIVACY POLICY

  • Usage Data — Call recordings, transcripts, text message logs, and AI performance metrics (to improve accuracy and support).

  • Payment Information — Processed securely by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). We do not store your credit card numbers.

  • Technical Data — Browser type, IP, analytics, and cookies when you use our web platform.

2. How We Use Information

  • To train and maintain your AI receptionist so it can answer calls and texts accurately.

  • To manage billing and account notifications.

  • To send service updates and help you optimize performance.

  • To troubleshoot and improve system functionality.

3. Sharing Information

We do not sell or rent your personal data.
We may share limited data with trusted vendors who help deliver our services (e.g., telecom carriers, payment processors, hosting providers).

4. Call & Text Data

We securely process call audio, transcripts, and text messages solely to operate and improve your AI receptionist. You own your customer data.

5. Data Security

We use encryption, secure servers, and industry-standard safeguards. However, no system is 100% immune to breaches.

6. Your Rights

7. Cookies & Tracking

Our website uses cookies and analytics tools to improve your browsing and dashboard experience. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

8. Updates

REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: January 16th, 2025

At Acquizen, we aim to provide clear and fair billing for our AI receptionist services.

1. Subscription Billing

  • Our AI receptionist platform is billed monthly at $50 USD, plus any applicable usage-based fees (e.g., call minutes, texts, phone numbers).

  • Payments are non-refundable once processed.

2. Cancellations

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges.

  • Once canceled, your AI services remain active until the end of the current billing period.

  • After the billing date passes, no refunds or credits will be issued for partial months or unused services.

3. Exceptions

Refunds are only granted in rare cases of billing errors (e.g., duplicate charges or incorrect amounts).
